Responsibilities

• • Lead a team of two writers to plan and deliver all data security features for the SaaS Security, Enterprise DLP, and AI Access Security cloud services.

  • Research, test, and author product documentation for Palo Alto Networks cybersecurity products, including AI Access Security,Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager, Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (E-DLP), and Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP). 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support to address user feedback and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

  • Partner with the User Experience team to enhance UI copy for consistency across all product deliverables.

  • Manage documentation lifecycle for new releases, from scoping and drafting to review and publishing.

  • Manage an internal lab for access to the most current PAN-OS releases for the PAN-OS documentation team.

Achievements

• Successfully resolved over 90% of assigned documentation tickets, demonstrating a high level of engagement and responsiveness.

• Delivered complete documentation for new product launches, including Strata Cloud Manager, Enterprise DLP, SD-WAN, and ZTP, from inception to general availability.

• Delivered over 150 individual features for PAN-OS, Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager, Enterprise DLP, and AI Access Security.
